Pie for Courchevel
Awesome tasty pie with trout and arugula with Bechamel sauce. A sort of pie for Kurshavelskih fashionistas! Most importantly very easy to prepare. :-) Drinks on me!

Ingredients

  • Puff pastry

    250 g

  • Trout

    300 g

  • Arugula

    1 coup

  • Green onions

    1 coup

  • Flour

    1 Tbsp

  • Butter

    10 g

  • Milk

    0.66 cup

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Black pepper

  • Salt

Cooking

Raw trout fillet cut into small pieces, salt, pepper.

In a small saucepan heat oil, add flour, stir half a minute, then pour in the hot milk, continuing to stir, season with salt and pepper, cook 1-2 minutes.

The resulting Bechamel sauce mix with chopped green onions.

Roll out the dough into two circles with a diameter of about 20 cm On one round spread half of the chopped arugula on top of the pieces of fish, they evenly distribute the sauce, then put the rest of the arugula, cover with the second disk of dough.

Zasiyaet edge, the top of the cake grease with beaten egg and pinned with a fork in several places.

Bake 30-40 minutes at 180-200 degrees.

The last photo was very difficult!!! As soon as cut off a piece and immediately flew home and the piece evaporates in the eyes of the surprised audience! :-) Cake to bring to the table immediately and drink white wine! Bon appetit!
