Granola bars
Granola bars are nutritious, healthy, simple to prepare. The honey gives the bars a soft taste. When filing the bars I've poziroval chocolate. These oat granola bars are a great option for Breakfast or snack. Cook and be healthy!

Ingredients

To prepare the muesli bars I used extra oat flakes TM "Mistral".

Prepare the dried fruit. Cut into small pieces of plums, cherries I cut in half, raisins and cranberries left whole and put in a separate bowl.

Puree them in a blender with peanuts and almonds.

In a separate container mix the oat flakes extra TM "Mistral", sunflower and pumpkin seeds, chopped peanuts and almonds. Pour the dry mixture on a baking sheet that is sent in heated to two hundred degrees oven and deep fried ten minutes stirring occasionally.

Get toasted mixture from the oven, then mix with rice, pieces of dried fruit and cinnamon.

Now for the cooking of caramel. In a saucepan over a slow fire, heat the honey, sugar, butter, vanilla. Mixture, stirring, bring to a boil, then cook for another minute and remove from fire.

The ready caramel pour it into the bowl which contains the dry ingredients and all are thoroughly mixed, ensuring that each small piece was covered with a layer of caramel. The mix shift in the form of a "square", level the surface evenly. As molded, the remaining weight.
