Strawberry cottage cheese cake without baking
Beautiful, light and very delicate cake. Quite easy to prepare. Fans of jelly I advise you to try!

    150 g

  • Cheese

    400 g

  • Sugar

    1 cup

  • Strawberry

    600 g

  • Gelatin

    30 g

  • Sour cream

    400 g

Prepare the base. Cookies grind into a fine crumb, add melted butter.

I lined with a detachable mould with cling film. On the bottom put the oil the crumb and stamped ( if the crumb is not to crush, during the cutting of the cake base will crumble).

Soak gelatine in cold boiled water (because we make the strawberry mousse, then soak 20 g gelatin in 100 ml of water). Strawberries wash, tear off the cups. Berries, cheese and sugar, I whipped the immersion blender.

Gelatin to dissolve on very low heat ( I put in the microwave for 20 seconds). Gelatin pour into a bowl with the rest. Beat.

Cottage cheese and strawberry mass pour on the cake. I have a few berries, I cut and laid on the ground.

Form put away in the fridge, allow to set weight. Meantime proceed to fill the sour cream. 10g of gelatine soaked in 50 ml cold boiled water. When gelatin swell, melt it, as in the first case. In a blender pour in the cream, gelatin and add sugar. Beat. The mass is poured on!!! frozen!!! strawberry layer.
