You will need: water (a few liters) 2 tbsp. brown sugar. Baking trays and baking paper. Vegetable oil for greasing pans. And the MOST important thing! Credit card! Where more money... For the measurements, select a Cup or a glass (I had a Cup 220 ml). So, you guessed it, cook potato puree 2 potatoes.

In a bowl quite "luxury size" sift 3 cups of flour and rubs the fresh yeast with the flour or mix with flour to dry (at least in Germany most often those that are mixed with flour, if you have other instructions. I have almost always fresh yeast - respect...).
Add the mashed potatoes and knead until smooth, cover (I have for this purpose a large package and clip, a kind of "balloon" turns out!) and leave to come here for 2-3 hours
Follow the sourdough - it is very active!
After the dough is suitable, add the remaining yeast, honey, sugar, salt and olive oil - mixed the flour until formed elastic bun. Readiness test test this: take a piece and stretch it - if not eager, ready! Divide the dough into "balls" (recipe from 12 to 15 PCs, I turned 20, and was even more... well I wanted a bagel, not a car wheel!). Give them the delay by 30 minutes that hour prepare baking sheets: thin grease and vystelit baking paper. I had already 3 of the pan!
Now the fun part: I introduce to you a new method of cutting bagela in the shape of a STAR! For this you need a credit card (required - at least desirable! - from a Swiss Bank, foreign currency account, where a lot of money!) You got 3 cut!
Take a bagel in hand and "turn him inside out" - see photos, everything is clear... you get a star. Put on a baking sheet, and process manipulations in the banking card system and repeat the test until all bagely not turn into stars.
All over again to put a "pressure chamber" - that is to say in the bag! and note, I said it! - put up overnight in the fridge. The first EVIL review: and where will I put as many as 3 baking trays? Now you have to heat the oven and put a pot of water and sugar, and bring the water to a boil. Proceed to the next stage... Should be - note I said it! - to take bagel and cook for 30 seconds. on each side, sprinkle with sesame /poppy/ salt (choose your own!), put on a baking sheet and bake...
I started to do it, rather - now the most VICIOUS comment: - bagel came so that broke the whole pan - I was formed anew, the blessing, the blessed dough, just swollen under the arms, fits great! when I started to cook as it is I just do not looked; nonsense: the dough is cooking, and then bake... And decided I pan do not boil, just bake... what do you think - was I right or is it still true that enough dough to bake?
Yes, I was right... and matches... not that the product was spoiled, bagel wasn't eaten or anything... BUT! Big BUT!
Those who were just like human beings baked, it came out much tastier, softer, lusher... let's See what is the structure! Lush and delicate, hollow everything! Delicious with any filling!
So - don't believe everything you read on the net! Do NOT believe! Say about this recipe: the dough is just incredible, easy to work, fits great, and the baking results are excellent - but just not cook it! And yet, correctly, that we're exchanging recipes...
