My first bread. Not to say that is very successful, as I forgot to add salt, but small appreciated in this form. However had a slightly dry, because the heat from the heat bread the kids to give is not worth it - too much load on the stomach. But the crust was chewing with pleasure. Will definitely make again!

Cooking
Knead the dough: sift the flour, mix in a bowl the sugar, salt, yeast and 1/3 of the flour. To combine the melted butter with 150 ml of warm water, a thin stream pour in the flour mixture, stirring constantly. Add the egg, gradually add the remaining flour. After 3 minutes of mixing pour the mixture and domesitc dough.
Knead the dough for another 10 minutes until it becomes elastic and smooth, then add 2/3 of the sunflower seeds and mix well.
From the dough to form a cake, make incisions with a knife at a distance of 3-4 cm.
To brush with milk, sprinkle with remaining seeds. Better to take a pumpkin, but I didn't have them.
Put the dough on parchment on a baking sheet, cover with a towel and put for 30 minutes in a warm place. The photo is of a bad decision. In accordance with the recipe from a magazine, covered with clingfilm and left on the plate. Film and plate stuck, had to swear dough and top left sprinkled seeds.
The dough will increase in 2 times, then place in a preheated 180 degree oven for 40 minutes. Allow to cool. I liked it! The bread is very fragrant and delicious, despite neosol. For me it's not a problem because it is salty I can hardly eat.
