Cooking
Melon remove seeds and rind, flesh I've shredded in the food processor. There also add sugar, yolks, flour, melted butter and vanilla – all beat well. (Digression: I took 1 tbsp. flour, but it all depends on the juiciness of your melon, if it is not juicy, take less flour, and if very juicy, then more).
Form grease with butter, pour back the dough and melon in a preheated 200*C oven for about 40 minutes.
Now the top layer of meringue. Chilled whites, beat with sugar and vanilla until thick foam. When the cake is ready, get it, put the meringue back into the oven for 15 minutes-th.
When the cake is ready, take out, let cool, cut into pieces.
