Cooking
Prepare the ingredients. Vegetables and herbs to wash. Zucchini peel and seeds, tomatoes pour over boiling water, peel, pepper cut in half, remove seeds, chicken mince, rinse the lentils.
Carrots cut into slices, zucchini cut into cubes.
Bulgarian pepper cut into small pieces, tomato cut into small pieces.
From chicken fillets to form balls, smaller than walnut.
In a pan pour a little vegetable oil, add the carrots and bell pepper and fry.
Then add the tomatoes, zucchini, lentils, chicken meatballs and water.
Cover and simmer over low heat until tender.
5 minutes before readiness add the greens and salt.
Cover and continue to simmer for 5 minutes.
