Vegetable stew with lentils and chicken meatballs
I represent to your attention another version of vegetable stew with chicken meatballs and red lentils.

Ingredients

  • Carrots

    2 piece

  • Pepper

    2 piece

  • Zucchini

    200 g

  • Tomato

    4 piece

  • Green onions

    3 piece

  • Dill

    1 coup

  • Basil

  • Salt

  • Lentils

    100 g

  • Chicken fillet

    250 g

  • Water

    200 ml

Prepare the ingredients. Vegetables and herbs to wash. Zucchini peel and seeds, tomatoes pour over boiling water, peel, pepper cut in half, remove seeds, chicken mince, rinse the lentils.

Carrots cut into slices, zucchini cut into cubes.

Bulgarian pepper cut into small pieces, tomato cut into small pieces.

In a pan pour a little vegetable oil, add the carrots and bell pepper and fry.
