Jellied liver
Didn't know what to do with the liver. Because I just fried tired of pancakes out of it too. So decided to experiment!

Ingredients

  • Beef liver

    600 g

  • Mushrooms

    300 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Nuts

    0.25 tsp

  • Allspice

    4 piece

  • Gelatin

    1 pack

  • Greens

The liver to boil. Add all spices and onion with the carrot.

Strain the broth through two layers of gauze and add the gelatin.

in a conventional plastic bottle(m ожно one package of juice) put the greens, cooked together with liver, carrots, mushrooms, chopped liver. Pour the broth(with the dissolved before the end of the gelatin. I took a 2-liter bottle, so pre-cut top. Set to harden in the refrigerator.

When it hardens, is out of the bottle easily shaken out on a plate. Cut additionally does not need anything.
