Fish-lentil meatballs
For a variety of fish menu will fit these meatballs, which are quite self-sufficient and do not require a side dish. It is possible to apply only a light vegetable salad.

  • Oat flakes

  • Onion

Lentils (red or yellow) boil until tender in salted water. 1 part lentils 2 parts water.

To prepare ceviche. Grind in a meat grinder or in a food processor fish fillet with purified onion.

Put the mince into a bowl and add the boiled lentils and greens. Knead well minced.

Add the egg, salt and lemon pepper. Again knead the fish meat.

With wet hands form fairly large meatballs and obvalivat them in oat flakes. Meatballs place on a baking sheet and send bake in a preheated 230 degree oven for 25-30 minutes. Here are possible options - pour meatballs frying of onions and carrots with tomato puree or leave as I have and pour your favorite sauce when serving.
