Of pre-cooked orange sponge cake cut to form discs: 2 large and 2 small. I used this recipe for the sponge cake: http://www.povarenok .ru/recipes/show/79 802/
In forms that cut out the disks, insert strips of thick "envelopes" or "files", height at a couple cm above the forms.
Whip the cream with the sugar, I for reliability, added binder (thickener) for cream.
The cream cheese should be at room temperature.
Add it to the cream and mix on medium speed, until smooth.
Spread the cream with a thickness of 2 cm form the top of the biscuit.
Spread a layer of jam. (If too thick to warm up a bit).
Cover with the second disk of sponge cake.
Spread a layer of whipped cream. Similarly, to deal with another form. Both the completed form to place in the freezer for 15-20 minutes.
In the pan put the butter, honey and pour a couple of tablespoons of orange juice. (You can just squeeze out the whole!).
Sliced orange you can optionally sprinkle cinnamon, put in the pan and heat well until light caramelization. To release the dessert from the mold, put hot slices of orange, watering them in the hot syrup from the pan immediately and serve!
