Description

Cooking
Potatoes wash, peel, grate on a coarse grater.
Finely chop onions (I had a big head).
Finely chop the parsley (you can take any herbs: dill, green onion).
In a large bowl, combine everything and stir.
Do fill. Combine the eggs, protein, chicken, flour, salt and pepper (you can use any seasoning that you like). All mix well.
Our fill pour the potatoes with onion and parsley.
On a heated pan pour 2 tbsp olive oil and spread our stuffing. Flatten with a spoon. Close the lid and fry for 15 minutes until Golden brown.
Then turn over our cake (I used a plate), and continue to fry with the lid closed for another 15 minutes.
When the cake is cooked, turn off the stove and sprinkle grated on a fine grater cheese. Leave for 10 minutes to stand up (so the cheese melted).
