Light, airy pancakes for the whole family.

Ingredients

  • Zucchini

    1 piece

  • Potatoes

    2 piece

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Flour

    4 Tbsp

  • Greens

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Seasoning

  • Butter

Cooking

Vegetables raw. Potatoes and carrots clean. Three on a small grater potatoes, carrots and zucchini.

Add flour, salt, pepper and stir. You can add a little water.

Add chopped herbs.

Fry in oil on both sides until Golden brown and cooked.

Serve with chutney or sauce to taste.
