The idea of the cookies I picked up from Lena (Elena_110 ). These are my options. It was very tasty!!!
Ingredients

Puff pastry

Sugar
-
Raisins
-
Cinnamon
-
Coconut shavings
-
Vegetable oil
Cooking
Take the finished puff pastry and slightly roll out.
Well grease the dough with oil and sprinkle with sugar,raisins and vanillin.
Roll up the roll from both sides
Cut into slices, put on greased baking sheet and bake until tender
This is a variant with a different stuffing. On a greased with vegetable oil the dough, pour the sugar, cinnamon and a little coconut.
