Potato bread from rye flour with caraway seeds
I tried to experiment with my bread recipe http://www.povarenok .ru/recipes/show/134 50/ and add to wheat flour, rye flour. What did I do, I present to you. Bread was even tastier thicker, more aromatic, softer and more tender than the previous one.

Ingredients

  • Flour

    2.5 cup

  • Rye flour

    1.5 cup

  • Yeast

    15 g

  • Salt

    0.7 Tbsp

  • Cumin

    0.5 Tbsp

  • Serum

    1 cup

  • Potatoes

    200 g

Prepare mashed potatoes and mix (if no whey) Sift and mix the flour of wheat and rye

Pour yeast 1/4 Cup warm whey or mixture, leave for 5 minutes, then stir yeast, add the remaining whey, Cup of flour and leave for half an hour to ferment.

Add yeast mixture to the mashed potatoes, salt, cumin, stir and add the remaining flour and knead the dough as in the recipe http://www.povarenok .ru/recipes/show/134 50/. The ready dough put in a warm place to rise for 1.5 – 2 hours

Knead again and put on a baking sheet, floured or form. Leave it so for half an hour for lifting, make cuts (I forgot to do, but this did not spoil a General view) with optional sour cream or butter and place in a preheated 200 degree oven for 45 min.
