Ice cream kiwi
Useful refreshing dessert with minimal calories. Cooked very quickly!

Ingredients

  • Kiwi

    4 piece

  • Honey

    4 tsp

  • Lemon juice

    0.5 tsp

  • Vanilla

    0.25 tsp

Cooking

Kiwi freeze to the stone condition. To put it in the fridge for 2 hours.

To clean the skin. Wonderful to clean with a vegetable peeler (only hands freeze).

Cut into pieces.

Add honey, vanilla and lemon juice.

Whisk immersion blender.
