Spiced Apple gratin with chickpeas
I only chickpea is neither soups salad and even candy. The turn came and the dessert. Still, the chickpea is a very interesting product, perfect for any dish, gratin that I liked. Soft and fruity-creamy taste with a subtle touch of spices.

Ingredients

  • Chickpeas

    1 piece

  • Apple

    0.5 piece

  • Pear

    0.5 piece

  • Raisins

    1 piece

  • Brown sugar

    3 Tbsp

  • Cream

    0.5 cup

  • Cinnamon

    0.5 tsp

  • Cardamom

    0.5 piece

  • Nuts

  • Vanilla

Cooking

Pre-soaked chickpeas, boil with a pinch of salt until tender. Large cubes chop the apples and pear. Chickpeas, Apple and pear volume must be 1:1:1.

Sprinkle the fruit with lemon juice, add the raisins and sugar. Speaking of fruit, here's the perfect fit and the summer peaches, apricots, mango.

Of the spices I used half a teaspoon of seasoning for gingerbread, which included cinnamon and cardamom. Heavy cream, mixed with spices and vanilla.
