Cut the tomato in 6 pieces, pepper 4-5. Vegetables, bread spread on a baking sheet, season with salt and pepper, drizzle with olive oil and put on a few minutes under the grill.

Dried vegetables and bread to get, cool. On toast, spread cheese, top with tomato, pepper, garnish with parsley, olives. You can add capers or finely diced pickled cucumber - also very tasty, actually - to Your taste.
