This recipe is also from the "by eye". Take chicken cut it lengthwise into strips and then each strip cut crosswise into small pieces. heat the frying pan with oil and put our fillets. Fry until almost cooked. A lot of time will not go away. The meat is not salt!!! Soy sauce will do the trick.

If frying formed a lot of liquid (and she will go anywhere she is not going anywhere), then it must, as they say, boil down almost all of it. After, add the soy sauce (I add about 100 ml, then try the meat taste and if necessary add more). But if you are afraid that you will overdo it with the sauce, then add in the beginning even less, and continue to try. Continue to fry, stirring, until sauce is not boiled to half (if you completely boil down the sauce - the breast will be dry).

All the meat is ready. It can be eaten separately, but you can with any side dish (such as mine, rice or potato puree).
