Language in soy sauce
The recipe for this dish was posted on the website in the 2009 user ghoulia called "playful reeds "in the forest"" and is illustrated with me in the framework of "Coloring". I cooked this dish for the reception, it was very tasty. The taste of the language of sweet-salty.

Ingredients

  • Beef tongue

Language boil until tender (I cooked it for 45 minutes in a pressure cooker). Immediately pull the tongue out of the broth. To put it in cold water and remove the skin. Do not add salt when cooking! The broth is not useful to us - to pour out.

I cooked this dish with Portobello mushrooms. It is a kind of mushrooms. Well wash and cut into small squares. Fry in vegetable oil.
