Turnips with mushrooms
Dish cooked in pots (pots again! :) ) For lovers of vegetables for dieters is a beautiful, delicious vegetable dish. Can be used as a garnish for meat, meatballs.

Designed for 3 pot 0.5 l Turnips and carrots clean, wash, coarsely chop, pour salted boiling water and cook for 5 minutes. Slightly cooled, cut into cubes. Zucchini cut into cubes/quartered.

Simultaneously in a frying pan heat the oil, add to it finely chopped green onions (white part) and cut into 4 pieces mushrooms.
