Beaten biscuits
Try this tender, melting in the mouth biscuits with vanilla and mild coconut taste. Prepared easily and quickly, especially when you have no time.

Ingredients

  • Egg white

    3 piece

  • Sugar

    5 Tbsp

  • Flour

    0.5 cup

  • Coconut shavings

    30 g

  • Vanilla sugar

    1 pack

Chilled whites whipped with vanilla in the lush foam. Still whisking, gradually pour in the sugar. Get normal protein cream.

Gently in this mixture, add the coconut flour slowly and stir gently with a spoon from top to bottom.

Put the dough in a pastry bag or a bag and squeeze a small "coin" on the baking tray lined with baking paper.
