Cooking
Let's start with the basics: mix the softened margarine or butter with the sugar, a good whisk, then add one by one eggs, yogurt, flour with soda and starch. Bake at 180 for around 25-30 minutes (depending on oven). Finished base cools in the shape, then cut into 2 Korzh.
Next layer: mix a packet of dry jelly with gelatin and divorce this case a half cups of boiling water. Stir to dissolve jelly and allow to cool (do not freeze, namely to cool down). You should get the type of souffle. To do this, in any case, the ice cream not melt completely, and just quickly mix it with the jelly and the cold.
We have 20 minutes. During this time, cut the peaches. Half of the slices, the second a cube or something. Importantly, small was.
Do the impregnating, rather than coating, but such a thing: liquid with the drained peaches in a saucepan, add lemon juice, starch (the half-teaspoon), stir and heat on low heat until thick. Here!

Bred half packet of gelatin in a few tablespoons hot water, mix with sour cream and sugar + vanilla for flavor. When this stuff hardens a bit, we begin to decorate the cake. Remove from the ring form, each tube with one hand lubricated with sour cream with gelatin and attach to the cake. And so around the perimeter.
