Cheese-honey puffs on yeast test poluchaut ruddy, light and very tasty. Cooking is very simple!

Cooking
1. Sift flour and mix with dry yeast.
2. Whisk 1 egg with salt (0.5 tsp.). Add milk 120 ml cheese 80 g, sugar 2 tsp, liquid honey and 2 tbsp soft butter 40 g, mix. Try the taste, if not sweet, add sugar or honey.
3. To liquid mixture add 1 tbsp flour mixture. Knead soft, smooth and dont stick to hands dough. Grease a bowl with vegetable oil.
4. Put in a bowl lump of dough and pull it. Close the bowl with the dough with cling film and put in a warm place to rise 2.5 times.
5. When the dough has risen, abenaim it.
6. There are several ways of forming the donuts. First - Osipyan of the total number of test pieces, roll into balls the size of a large walnut. Then each ball to slightly flatten and cut out the middle.
7. The second method of forming - roll out the dough "sausage" and cut into pieces. Each part roll into a ball. Balls slightly to flatten and cut each in the middle.
8. The third way is to roll out the dough with a thickness of ~ 1 cm and using cookie cutters, or glass cut a circle in the middle.
9. The workpiece laid on the flour covered table, cover with cling film and let them rise slightly (10-20 minutes). Roll out and cut until the first puffs have already increased.
10. Heat the oil for frying in a saucepan or small frying pan. Fry the donuts on low heat on both sides until Golden color.
11. Put donuts on paper towel to remove excess oil.
