This unusual cakes found in the book Poskrebysheva. She is called "Air pie from apples." I was looking for something new from the apples to cook, and this recipe just surprised me. It's a nice humid, with intense Apple flavor to the dessert. It will appeal to fans of mannikov, apples and moist cakes. I cooked according to the recipe author, so will post here, but with your comments which I made changes. Well, let's prepare?!
