Cooking
First you need to prepare the peas. I pour the peas with water, leave in the fridge overnight. In the morning the water is drained, washed peas, pour boiling water and cook until tender. To keep the color of peas when cooked add sugar. Peas drain in a colander, let it drain and cool. The peas add water (100ml) and blend it in a blender.
Add the egg, vegetable oil, salt, pepper and mix well.
Then add milk, flour, baking powder and mix thoroughly to avoid lumps. The dough of medium thickness.
Fry the pancakes on medium heat. I fry the crepes, so the oil doesn't cover. Because the crepes are very fragile in the pan (in the center) you need to pour 2 tbsp of dough and with a spoon spread it to make the shape of a pancake. If you pour more dough, the pancakes will be hard to flip.
When you see bubbles, then you can flip the pancake, gently podawa silicone spatula. The pancakes are ready, welcome to the table. Pancakes are delicious in both warm and cold. Serve with any sauce. I used a garlic sauce, a wonderful combination.
