Baked brisket with herbs
Bake so can any meat - is delicious no doubt. Due to the special technology of Zepter pots, the meat is cooked without salt, without water, therefore it is still juicy and tasty because is cooked in its own juice. Great pork can be prepared this way, I have a brisket, because we love meat with layers of fat.

Ingredients

  • Meat

    1 kg

  • Thyme

    1 Tbsp

  • Rosemary

    1 Tbsp

  • Coriander

    1 tsp

  • Black pepper

    1 tsp

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Olive oil

    2 Tbsp

Cooking

Wash the meat, dry.

For the marinade mix all herbs and olive oil.

Well to coat the meat on all sides.

Put the meat in a cold Zepter pot. To turn on the stove, bring to medium temperature (the arrow should be in the middle of the green field). Then reduce the heat stove to low and leave for 2 hours.

Take out and serve hot or chilled. Bon appetit!
