Vegetable salad with beans and meat
Great salad - hearty, easy to prepare, elegant, it is perfect for the holiday table. This is my original recipe, the ingredients give "the eye", don't be afraid to change their number in one direction or another, adjust the recipe to suit your taste.

Ingredients

  • Meat

    150 g

  • Bow white

    1 piece

  • Pepper

    0.5 piece

  • Pickled cucumber

    3 piece

  • Greens

    0.5 coup

  • Cherry tomatoes

    200 g

  • Beans

    250 g

  • Vegetable oil

    3 Tbsp

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Salt

  • The mixture of peppers

  • Chili

    1 pinch

It is best for this salad is to use beef, but for lack thereof you can take and pork. Meat cut into cubes.

Sweet white onion cut into feathers. You can use red onions, but it was not too bitter.

Sweet pepper cut into cubes.

Pickled cucumbers cut into sticks.

I used the pickle Crisp.

Finely chop the greens.

Cherry cut into quarters.

Add the beans.

In a bowl mix together the oil salt, freshly-ground mixture of peppers and crushed garlic. If you like spicy, add a generous pinch of chilli flakes pepper (or slice in a salad with fresh chilli pepper).

Pour the filling into the salad.

Gently, but thoroughly mixed. Be sure to try the salad and adjust the taste if necessary. If you will miss the sourness in the taste (it depends on the taste of tomatoes and pickled cucumbers), add to the salad a little lemon juice.
