Cooking
Prepare the sponge cake: - beat eggs with sugar and a sachet of vanilla powder;
- add flour to the consistency of thick cream;
add soda slaked vinegar or baking powder;
- pour the dough into the form, greased and sprinkled with flour and put in preheated oven for 30-40 minutes on medium heat.
Ready cake cool and impregnate brandy and syrup(1 tablespoon sugar dissolved in 1 tbsp hot water)
Two kinds of yogurt, 2 tbsp sour cream 2-3 tbsp. sugar mix and beat with a mixer until smooth, then take a bag of 25g of gelatin and dissolve in 3-4 CL.l.hot water 90 C, stir continuously to avoid lumps and the time of stirring let cool, when cooled gently and gradually pour in the yoghurt mousse. If you do not take drinkable yogurt, and is also the number of thick in the jar 500 g and also a couple of 100 g, then 2-3 tbsp instant gelatin would be sufficient, just under my hand was only liquid :(
In separable form, which after baking the cake you need to wash and dry, spread the soaked biscuit and pour on top of our yoghurt and jelly-like mass and put in the fridge for 30-40 minutes, until the jelly hardens.
Peaches wash and remove peel, cut peaches in half, remove the pit and cut into slices,
after 30-40 minutes when our mousse will thicken spread on it slices of peaches and put in the fridge while we prepare the jelly. Do not forget to leave a few slices for decoration ;-)
Prepare peach jelly, as indicated on the package, only water pour a little less to be sure that the gel hardens without problems ;-) Cool jelly, for example in the bowl of water
and pour peaches and mousse jelly, I have a little bit of everything mixed up, because I finished off the gelatin in the yogurt mousse is not enough :-( the recipe I already edited
It turns out that's the beauty. I decided that it turned out as something not very nice and next time I will take 2 bags of jelly, and now decided to embellish: 1st.l. cocoa mixed with a sachet of vanilla powder through a strainer and sprinkle on top of jelly and decorated with slices of peach.
This is what happened :-)
