Description
Air cake on yeast dough with a filling of braised cabbage with dill, boiled fillets of Turkey breast, green onions and boiled eggs. Nourishing, but not greasy, tasty and quite presentable!!! PS And I called pie in honor of our wonderful guest, Ilki, as he calls mother. His arrival was invented and baked a cake.

Cooking
Knead the dough. I have used x/n. While the dough is made and suitable, let us filling. Saute finely shredded cabbage (with a peeler) until soft. Add dill, salt. Leave to cool without a lid. To boil eggs. To boil a fillet of Turkey breast with your favourite spices. Eggs finely chop. Turkey crank with a large mesh through a meat grinder. Chop the green onions.
The dough is ready. Punch dough down and divide into 2 parts.
Roll out one part on the size of the baking dish plus a side. Transfer the dough to the form. I usually bake rectangular cakes, but this time happened a round cake.
Spread on the dough stewed cabbage. On top lay sliced or propusieron through a meat grinder boiled fillet of Turkey breast and chopped green onions.
And complete the filling with finely chopped boiled eggs.
Fasten the sides and close the top of the cake remaining dough by Your mood and imagination. Grease the pie with a mixture of eggs with milk and sent in a preheated 180° oven for 35-40 minutes. Be guided by Your oven!!!
Here is our cake is ready!!! In the last 5 minutes of baking I turned on the convection for a beautiful glow. You can coat the top with butter or oil. Give the cake to cool slightly in the form. For soft cover cake with a towel.
Take the cooled cake out of the pan, and calls all to the table. Bon appetit!!!
