Cooking
So, it's simple. Put the water, which when boiling add a little salt and sugar to taste. Immerse broccoli, boil until soft. I thawed cabbage.
While the cabbage is cooking, in butter fry the onion, cut into strips. Add the peppers, also sliced into strips. Fry together for a few minutes.
Add the mushrooms, sliced plates. Fry for a minute. Can a little salt and pepper - to taste.
In broken eggs, add the milk. Beat with a mixer.
Add grated on a fine grater cheese, to taste salt, pepper and add nutmeg.
On the vegetables in the pan, spread the broccoli.
Pour all the egg-milk mixture.
Cover grease with butter. This is necessary in order to make the omelet more elaborate. Cover and cook 2 minutes over high heat, then remove the flame to low and leave the omelette for about 10 minutes, until fully cooked.
Serve hot, sprinkled with herbs.
