Cooking
Onion cut into medium sized cubes, finely chop the garlic. Fry with 1 tbsp oil, until slightly Golden.
To fried onion add lentils, pepper flakes and barberry. cover with water and boil for 20 minutes. At the end add salt to taste.
Now take the rolls, cut them lengthwise, put a lettuce leaf, top with a couple tablespoons of the lentil sauce.
On top of the lentils put two rings of tomato and two rings of pepper, salt. The second half rolls spread lentil sauce.
With the second roll done the same thing, only on top of the vegetables lay another egg poached, cooked convenient way for You. Serve immediately. Bon appetit!
