Cooking
The products required. Here I used a jar of canned pink salmon with the broth and therefore not salted mousse.
Lentils to boil in 1 Cup water for about 10 minutes. Boil an egg, cut in half lengthwise, remove yolks. From fish to remove bones. Mix lentils, fish, egg yolks, butter, and crushed with a blender.
Here's a gentle mousse will turn out. The more oil you add, the milder it will taste.
Fill with mousse the egg whites. It is convenient to do this using a pastry bag. Decorate with slices of cucumber, onion rings, greens.
Lentils are soaked with flavor and aroma of fish, so almost invisible, adding soft mousse.
