Description
Continue to "strawberry" theme. Alcoholic drinks, I began to do last year, when he moved to his own family and "country& quot; of life. Just last summer there were a lot of berries and I started "alcohol conservation". Have tried many different recipes for berries, something like that, it doesn't (though he drank all)). This year I decided that strawberry liqueur will do! On the website, this is not found. Though this recipe and "the long& quot;, but the waiting time is worth it. Beautiful, fragrant, moderately sweet drink.

Cooking
Thoroughly wash 2 kg of strawberries, give water to drain.
Clean the berries from the stalks and put in 3 liters jar. Pour 1 liter of vodka.
The neck of the banks wrapped with gauze, and for 3-4 days to infuse (I - on the balcony in the shade).
Here's a after 4 days turned kalhúa in it.
Strawberry recline in a colander and allow to drain. In the end, the berries gave the juice and the tincture turned out a liter and a half.
Meanwhile, cook from Lira water and sugar syrup (original recipe found on the Internet, use 1 kg of sugar, but I thought it would be sweet, and I thrashed about 800 grams. If that is possible then to sweeten).
Bring syrup to a boil, laying him in the strawberries, cook for 10 minutes. Cool.
Strawberries are thrown back on a colander, allow to drain the syrup.
Combine the syrup with the liqueur and strain (I use cheesecloth in 4 layers). On the gauze remain strawberry "fluff" and seeds.
Razdelyaet the strawberries into a puree.
This puree squeeze or like me, pass through cheesecloth, so again, came out all the juice (photos, of course, not very aesthetic, but it shows the process).
At the exit - a little more than 3 liters of liquor (second jar with the remnants of liquor was lost and got the shot))) Leave it to infuse for a week.
In a week it is possible to bottle and drink! It turns out fragrant, moderately sweet, light alcoholic drink. His feature - the longer it is, the tastier!
