For this recipe I once did "Caligari" ("Snails") - the link to the dough - see below. The chocolate with the butter melt in a water bath...
Add flour, zest. Knead the dough, send in a couple of hours in the cold. We turn our sticks about this size and put into the oven.
In the oven they rise up and slightly Golden brown.
Gradually stacked sticks, dip in liquid chocolate. Then sprinkle with ground nuts and ground cereal (muesli, snacks).
Put all on a dish, make a wish (because they are magic)... and start there!
