Hello dear cooks, I decided to experiment and cook the Chicken pickled in vinegar, liquid smoke and baked with rice in the oven. Me and my family very much, I hope enjoy you!!!

Cooking
Take a whole chicken and pickle it in 3% vinegar with addition of liquid smoke and salt is not less than 5 hours. The chicken have to poke with a fork to better marinated.
Then RUB the chicken with seasoning
And fill them with rice (when frying it saturated with fat and the smell of chicken and smoke), it is possible to sew the thread, then put it in the oven 1.5 hours-2. And Bon appetit!!!
