Beef Bourguignon
Watched meat recipes and was surprised at not finding his Bourguignon... was sure I put it back in the summer... For dinner I had to cook the beef, couldn't choose a recipe. On the threshold drew my husband with a bottle of red French.. and here is the result!

Ingredients

  • Beef

    800 g

  • Dry red wine

    0.5 cup

  • Mushrooms

    200 g

  • Red onion

    1 piece

  • Green onions

    8 piece

  • Butter

    4 Tbsp

  • Flour

    2 Tbsp

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Black pepper

    0.25 tsp

  • Broth

    0.25 cup

  • Tarragon

    1 tsp

  • Seasoning

  • Salt

Beef wash, remove fat, cut into small pieces. Pour the wine and leave to marinate while preparing vegetables.

Mushrooms cut into thin slices, green onion slices, red onion rings. In a deep frying pan, melt half of the butter, put the mushrooms, onions (both) and squeeze the garlic. Fry in boiling oil for about 5 min.

In a bowl mix salt, pepper and flour. Preheat the pan with ostyvshim butter. Beef, remove from marinade, drain in a colander, save the marinade. When drained, roll in flour. Fry until the meat is browned - 4-5 minutes.

Add to the meat the vegetables, broth, marinade, tarragon, herbes de Provence,

bring to boil and simmer, stirring occasionally, for 5-7 minutes, until the sauce thickens.
