Dancing cappuccino is "dancing cappuccino." In General the recipe is, of course, not competitive, but for fun and to share with you. I just love cappuccino, I drink it morning and evening. Although in my opinion this recipe for the proportions of coffee and milk is more latte than cappuccino.

Cooking
For the preparation of "dancing cappuccino" espresso cook. Coffee can be boiled in a cezve or, like me, use the coffee machine or coffee maker. Then pour it into a small pitcher. Coffee chill by setting in a large container of cold water (I just put the cooled coffee in the refrigerator).
In chilled milk add ice. I took about 150 ml of milk from Parmalat.
Separately in another glass to pour the remaining 50 ml of milk.
Whisk the milk into the foam steaming hot, I used the machine. In the absence of just heating the milk and beat with a mixer.
In a glass cappuccino pour chilled milk over ice.
Then there pour chilled coffee, and top hot whipped milk. Hot and cold layers begin to interact with each other and "dance".
