"Again, the Apple pie? How can this be?!" Do not rush to be indignant and upset. This is an unusual pie. Interesting technology of its preparation: crumbly butter dough in the form of a cream. The cream is impregnated with oil crumbs and after baking turns fluffy and soft dough. The cream seeps to the bottom and mix with apples and sugar, forming a creamy caramel, which penetrates the dough in an upside-down cake. Very tasty! A simple recipe from the book Irina Kutovoy.

Cooking
Our original products. I used brown sugar, but it does not matter.

Form (22-24 cm) with parchment or foil.
Spread the apples evenly, sprinkle with cinnamon.
