Cooking
To separate the peach flesh from the bone. Cut into quarters.
Enter in a saucepan the orange juice, 150 g of sugar, bring to a boil. Enter the peaches to the syrup, boil for 1 minute (if the peaches are soft) or 4 minutes. Remove the pan with the syrup and the peaches, leave for 30 minutes.

Enter into a bowl soft butter, 100 g sugar, whisk.
Enter in the bowl with butter and sugar 1 egg, whisk thoroughly until the sugar is dissolved, but not at high speeds.
Enter into a bowl of flour, gently stir in, long and fast do not disturb!!!
Spoon the batter into the prepared pan diameter 20 cm from the Top put the part of peaches from the syrup, after removing the skin. Lightly press the peaches into the dough.
Bake in preheated oven of 160 degrees for 35 minutes (the temperature of the finished crumb 94 degrees). Soak gelatin in 150 ml of Apple juice. Ready cake cool in the form.
Remove the remaining peaches from the syrup, remove the skin, if desired, cut into smaller pieces. Dissolve gelatin in a water bath. Mix Apple juice and syrup, gelatin type. Lay the slices of peaches on cooled crust, pour part of the juice with the syrup, place in freezer for 10 minutes.
Pour the rest of the juice with the syrup into the mold, refrigerate for 4-5 hours, preferably overnight.
