Salad of green beans
I love green beans. This salad is one of my favorites. But the use of Zepter cookware allows you to cook this salad all for a few minutes, and even without the use of water for boiling the beans.

Ingredients

  • Green beans

    300 g

  • Hazelnuts

    50 g

  • Lemon juice

    1 Tbsp

  • Vegetable oil

    1 Tbsp

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Mustard

    1 tsp

  • Black pepper

  • Cheese

    50 g

  • Soy sauce

    2 Tbsp

Cooking

Green beans (if frozen no need to defrost) add to the pot.

Close the lid, put the saucepan on a medium heat. Bring the arrow of the controller to start the green sector (because we cook our beans without water, watch for external scale). Fire diminish to a minimum (or put on the smallest burner) and cook 5 min. Arrow controller should be located in the middle of the green sector. Disable after 5 mins the fire, leave the beans under a lid for another 5 min.

Chop the hazelnuts (using a rolling pin, or cut with a knife).

Prepare the dressing: in a bowl add vegetable oil, black pepper, soy sauce, lemon juice, French mustard. Stir.

Garlic passed through the press, add to the dressing, stir.

Open the lid, let cool completely beans.

Add to beans chopped hazelnuts and dressing. Stir.
