Description
With soy sauce I met in the last century, 80 years, living on Sakhalin island. The sauce made an impression on me, very unusual for us at that time taste. Cooked it then Koreans - hostess, tastes differed, but each was good in its own way. Since that time soy sauce does not disappear from our table that is added to almost all. At first, moving to the mainland, it was impossible to find a decent sauce, but for the first time "Kikkoman" naturally brewed, I remembered the taste, like mademki on the market. So this recipe, using soy sauce, cook, familiar products the sound it deserves, especially in summer, is always looking for bright, exotic and unusual.
