Beef braised in Russian
Very rich, slightly sour taste. Can be prepared in a large pot or cooked in pots. Try it! Recipe found in an old book "Meat dishes".

  • Onion

    300 g

  • Carrots

    150 g

  • The Apium graveolens Dulce

    150 g

  • Bread

    100 g

  • Bacon

    100 g

  • Flour

  • Broth

    700 g

  • Sour cream

    100 g

  • Spices

Meat cut into portions and slightly discourages (if not sure of the young cows).

Dip them in flour and fry in butter until Golden brown.
