Cooking
It is our products.
Meat cut into portions and slightly discourages (if not sure of the young cows).
Dip them in flour and fry in butter until Golden brown.
In advance turn on the oven at 180-200 gr.
While fried meat, all the vegetables cut into strips, bread cubes. Bacon cut into thin slices.
On the bottom of the cauldron (saucepan, pots) put the bacon fat, pieces of meat.
Fall asleep on top of vegetables, sprinkle with salt, put the bread cubes and spices.
With spices, it is important not to overdo it, in principle, quite Lavrushka and freshly ground black pepper.
Repeat all layers except the bacon, and pour enough broth just to cover top layer of meat.
Boil it all on the stove and then put in the oven for 2 hours. 30 minutes until tender add sour cream.
Optionally, for very hungry you can garnish boil the potatoes, but generally vegetables and so a lot! BON APPETIT!
