From French cuisine, only instead of meat - salmon. Mostly salmon during the cooking process is dry, but in this dish it is surprisingly (and yummy) juicy, delicious, just looking in. All ask for seconds. This is a dish fit for a holiday table or just for regular dinner. For the contest "new year tastes of the planet."

Cooking
Pink salmon are slightly thawed and cut into portions. Sprinkle with salt and let stand for 10-20 minutes. Then add the mayonnaise, seasoning for fish, soy sauce or lemon. All this mix well and leave for 30 minutes, the fish has to be soaked and become tender and juicy taste.
While the salmon is marinating, prepare the stuffing. To do this, cut the potatoes into small round slices, mix with mayonnaise and spread on a baking sheet. Put the mushrooms and chopped onion rings. Season with salt and pepper. Send in the preheated oven for 20-30 minutes.
Grate on a fine grater cheese.
After 20-30 minutes remove the pan with the potatoes from the oven and put the fish on the bottom of the pan so that the potatoes with mushrooms were around the fish. The remaining marinade to pour on top. Add a piece of cheese and send in the oven.
5-10 minutes before end of cooking, remove the pan and cover the fish with the remaining cheese. Add cranberries or cranberries (I had cranberry), which is the highlight of this dish.
Well, the salmon is ready. The taste is just unforgettable, Bon appetit!
