Cooking
In a deep dish mix the flour and soda. In a small saucepan cook the sugar syrup - mix the Cup of sugar and 100 ml of hot water, bring to a boil and cook for 20-30 seconds. Cool. Add the mint liqueur and stir.
In flour mixed with baking soda, pour 2-3 tbsp of vegetable oil, cooled sugar syrup and knead well to a soft dough. If the dough crumbles, add 1-2 tbsp of vegetable oil. Wrap the dough in plastic wrap and put in the cold for 15-20 minutes.
Then divide the dough into 25 pieces and roll them out of balls the size of a walnut. Put the balls on a greased cookie sheet and slightly press.
Put the baking pan in preheated oven and bake at 180 degrees for 8-10 minutes. If you pereikite, the cakes will be dry and harsh, and they should be white and soft.
Cook the glaze: in a metal saucepan, add Cup sugar and pour 60 ml of hot water (do not stir), put on medium heat and bring to a boil, cook until bubbles slow, the mass was slightly thick and a little tanuja, but not to bring up Golden brown: if you overcook, then you will not be able to dip the cakes into it, the glaze quickly sacramentaries!!! As soon as the mass begins to thicken, then pour in the lemon juice (you can put any fragrant essences or 2-3 drops of peppermint liqueur), stir, bring to boil and coat the gingerbread.
Gingerbread cookies quickly dipped in glaze and place on grill. You can smear the silicone brush only the top of the cakes, but everything must be done quickly, while the glaze is hot and not frozen!
Now just have to wait until the frosting hardens, peppermint and gingerbread are ready!
