apricots wash, remove seeds and add to the pot( the apricots should be soft, if the apricots not very ripe then kill them in a blender)
cook on high heat until boiling and mash with a spoon so that the mass was homogeneous, add sugar (1 kg of apricots is 1 kg of sugar, but when sugar is added, taste the taste,apricots can be sweet and sugar will go lower,and if sour then maybe more than 1 kg)after boiling, reduce the heat and on low heat stirring constantly cook for 30 minutes, allow to cool and the jam is ready.
