In Russia we have 2 holiday!!! New Year and Friday ))) this Friday I made these meat towers, who relished the extra even!!! Go!!!
Ingredients

Margarine
Cooking
Zucchini and eggplant slice, soaked for 10 minutes in salted water
Cut medallions of meat, I did it with glass
Spread on the bottom of the potatoes, add the spices and a little cheese
