Braided baguette with two fillings
The idea for picnic and snack - a great food while relaxing in the nature - beautiful, fragrant, lush, hearty baguettes - meat for adults, sweet for children!

Ingredients

  • Flour

  • Chicken egg

  • Milk

    200 ml

  • Yeast

    2 tsp

  • Jam

  • Peanuts

  • Minced meat

  • Soy sauce

  • Milk

    1 Tbsp

  • Sesame

Cooking

Prepare yeast dough (I cooked in the bread machine), the dough should be moderately steep and increased 2-3 times;

For the meat filling - saute (or fry) the meat with chopped greens, pepper and soy sauce to cool;

Divide the prepared dough into 8 parts, 4 parts for each filling; Take 1 part of dough, roll into a rectangle (can't try very hard to make it smooth); Spread on dough 1/4 of one of the fillings;

Fold over the edges with a narrow brim; Knife cut into the wide edge of the strip;

Twisting the strips, covering them filling, alternating with each other; the same is done with other parts of the test, using all the stuffing;

Baking trays greased with butter, put back the moldings; For liaison with a mixer mix the egg with the milk; Grease battered baguettes and sprinkle with sesame seeds;

Bake at 180-200 degrees for 20-30 minutes (depends on oven) - an oven to heat along with baguettes;
