Salad with buckwheat and cottage cheese
Vegetable salad is easy, delicious, and very vitamin!!!

Ingredients

  • Buckwheat

    1 pack

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Parsley

    1 coup

  • Cucumber

    1 piece

  • Tomato

    1 piece

  • Cheese

    130 g

  • Olive oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

We will prepare our ingredients.

One packet of buckwheat boil in lightly salted water, until tender. Allow to cool.

Carrots grate on the Korean cucumbers cut into strips, tomatoes cut into small slices. Greens wash, dry and chop. Garlic finely chop. All the ingredients to combine in a large bowl.

Mix gently. Season with olive oil and season with salt to taste.

To serve in a large bowl, or in batches.
