Funchoza salad with vegetables
This salad is obscenely simple to prepare, but it does not make it less tasty. Easy, colorful and it will look great on the table as in a normal day and on a holiday.

Ingredients

  • Cellophane

    0.5 pack

  • Pepper

    1 piece

  • Cucumber

    1 piece

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Soy sauce

    5 Tbsp

  • Greens

    1 to taste

Cooking

Cut into sticks cucumber, peppers and carrots (the carrots rubbed on a special grater). Funchoza put in boiling water for 2 minutes. Transfer to a colander (you can sieve) to drain the water.

All the ingredients stir, season with soy sauce. To serve hot dishes.
