Salad vegetables and green peas
Very light, fresh and juicy salad. Cooked very quickly! The highlight in the salad dressing.

Ingredients

  • Cucumber

    2 piece

  • Tomato

    2 piece

  • Green peas

    0.5 can

  • Garlic

    1 tooth

  • Olive oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Lemon

    1 tsp

  • Soy sauce

    1 tsp

  • Mustard

    1 tsp

  • The mixture of peppers

  • Green onions

    1 coup

  • Walnuts

    1 handful

Tomatoes cut into half rings.

In a large salad bowl combine cucumbers, tomatoes and green peas.

Prepare the dressing. Oil, soy sauce, lemon juice, mustard and mix.

Top with seasoning our vegetables. Add the chopped garlic.

Green onions finely chop. Add to the salad. All gently stir. If necessary, can needs more salt...

Walnuts fry in a pan. Grind a little and posypem their salad.
